Green Salad with Sliced Beef & Bell Peppers

For the non-red meat eaters in the family … this refreshing salad is equally good served with grilled chicken, seafood or veggies.


  • 1-2.9 oz packet Peanut Salad Dressing Mix
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 pound sirloin or flank steak, grilled & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts


  1. Prepare Peanut Salad Dressing Mix according to packet directions. Set aside. Dressing can be served warm or cold.
  2. Lightly toss salad greens, peppers and steak. Divide among 4 plates. Drizzle with Peanut Salad Dressing and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve remaining dressing on side.
