Add Coconut Milk, raspberries, sugar and lime juice to blender. Blend until smooth. We did not strain out the seeds, but if desired use a fine sieve or food mill.
Pour mixture into ice pop holders and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze 5 hours or overnight. We used rocket pops, which hold 3 ounces*.
