A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste gives this barbecue sauce a heat that’s great on any meat or poultry.

Ingredients

  • 1-1.75 box A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Red Curry Paste, brown sugar and soy sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Mix until the Red Curry Paste is completely dissolved. Cool.
  3. Pour over meat or chicken and marinate for 1 hour turning every 15 minutes.
  4. Grill, basting often with barbecue sauce until done.
  5. Boil any leftover marinade for 5 minutes and serve on the side.
