This sauce gives the unique flavor of malt vinegar together with the Thai influence of chilies, Fish Sauce and cilantro. Great on french fries!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoons A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced red chili peppers
Directions
- Combine malt vinegar, Fish Sauce, soy sauce, cilantro, brown sugar, and minced red chili peppers.
- Mix well.
