Spicy Malt Seasoning Sauce

This sauce gives the unique flavor of malt vinegar together with the Thai influence of chilies, Fish Sauce and cilantro. Great on french fries!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup malt vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced red chili peppers

Directions

  1. Combine malt vinegar, Fish Sauce, soy sauce, cilantro, brown sugar, and minced red chili peppers.
  2. Mix well.

In This Recipe

Thais use Fish Sauce the way other cultures use soy sauce. Its savory and salty flavors are perfect for stir-frys, curries, marinades and dressings.
