Directions
Combine sugar, vinegar, Fish Sauce and Red Curry in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn down to a low simmer. Stir occasionally until reduced to 2/3 cup (about 16-18 minutes).
Drizzle over pork loin, grilled chicken or fish.
