This sweet and salty barbecue sauce gets its heat from A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste. It’s great on chicken or beef.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-1.75 oz box A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce

Directions

  1. Add oil to a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add Red Curry Paste and stirring, cook until it begins to bubble.
  2. Add ketchup, sugar and Fish Sauce. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
