This sweet and salty barbecue sauce gets its heat from A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste. It’s great on chicken or beef.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1-1.75 oz box A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste
- 2 cups ketchup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
Directions
- Add oil to a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add Red Curry Paste and stirring, cook until it begins to bubble.
- Add ketchup, sugar and Fish Sauce. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, stirring.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
