Blend oil, vinegar, water, cilantro or basil, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, scallions, garlic, Red Curry Paste and brown sugar in blender or food processor until smooth.
Reserve 1/2 cup marinade for dipping and pour remainder in bowl. Marinate beef, pork, chicken, lamb or fish for two hours or more.
Bake, roast or broil as desired.
