Our Red Curry Paste blends well with these other ingredients to make a zesty marinade.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or basil
- 1/4 cup A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1-1.75 oz box A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
- Blend oil, vinegar, water, cilantro or basil, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, scallions, garlic, Red Curry Paste and brown sugar in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Reserve 1/2 cup marinade for dipping and pour remainder in bowl. Marinate beef, pork, chicken, lamb or fish for two hours or more.
- Bake, roast or broil as desired.
