Thai Mango Relish

This tasty relish is delicious over meats and on sandwiches. This fat free treat gets its heat from green chilies and A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 half English cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 2 green chili peppers, seeds removed and minced
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine mango, red and green bell peppers, onion, cucumber, mint, rice vinegar, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, and green chilies.
  2. Mix well and salt to taste.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
