This tasty relish is delicious over meats and on sandwiches. This fat free treat gets its heat from green chilies and A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 mangos, peeled and diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 half English cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- 2 green chili peppers, seeds removed and minced
- Salt
Directions
- In bowl, combine mango, red and green bell peppers, onion, cucumber, mint, rice vinegar, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, and green chilies.
- Mix well and salt to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
