This A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk based dressing has a delicious balance of sweet and tart flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • Rind of lime, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk Coconut Milk, brown sugar, lime juice, vinegar, Fish Sauce, lime rind, pepper and salt, until well combined.
  2. Pour over your favorite cabbage or broccoli slaw.
