Tomato Basil Curry Sauce

Serve as a dipping sauce for hors d’oeuvres or as a pasta sauce. As delicious as it is versatile!


  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1-13.5 oz can Lite Coconut Milk


  1. In saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Sauté Red Curry Paste in oil for 1 minute.
  3. Add tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add Lite Coconut Milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in basil and serve.
