Spicy Bloody Mary

We gave a Thai twist to the ordinary Bloody Mary by using our Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and lime.

Ingredients

  • 1 large lime cut in wedges
  • Celery salt to coat glass
  • 8 oz tomato juice
  • 1-1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1-1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Garnish: Lime wedge, celery stick and or pimento stuffed green olive (on toothpick or skewer)

Directions

  1. Coat the rim of a 12 ounce glass with lime juice. Dip rim into celery salt to completely cover. Add ice cubes to glass. Add tomato juice, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, vodka and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Squeeze one wedge of lime into glass and mix well. Serve with garnish of choice.
